Contact Us
How often should I have my lawn mowed?

Through the Tennessee growing season (roughly April–October) most lawns look their best on a weekly schedule, easing to biweekly in the heat of summer and the cooler shoulder months. We recommend a cadence based on your grass type and goals — and there is no long-term contract required.

Do you offer one-time services, or only recurring plans?

Both. We are happy to handle a single cleanup, mow, or trim, and we also offer recurring maintenance plans at a lower per-visit rate for clients who want us on a regular schedule.

What areas around Franklin do you serve?

We serve Franklin and the surrounding communities including Brentwood, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station, Cool Springs, and south Nashville. Not sure if you are in range? Send us your address and we will let you know right away.

Are your fertilizer and weed treatments safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use professional-grade products applied at label rates, and we only treat when it is genuinely needed. We always tell you what we are applying and when it is safe for kids and pets to be back on the lawn — usually once the treatment has dried.

How is your fertilization and weed-control program priced?

Programs are priced by lawn size and are billed per application, not all at once — so you pay as each round is applied across the season. We measure your lawn and give you a clear, flat per-visit price up front, with no surprise add-ons.

When is the best time to aerate and overseed in Middle Tennessee?

Early fall is ideal for cool-season fescue lawns — the soil is still warm, weed pressure is low, and new grass roots in well before winter. We schedule aeration and overseeding from late August through October to give your lawn the strongest possible start.
